Based on valued customer feedback and needs, we have now added a great DocuFlow Workflow add-on to our Enterprise document management system (eDMS). DocuFlow is an affordable server-based workflow engine that plays a major role in moving the business toward a paperless environment and thereby reducing time, paper and cost.

Digital APPROVAL and TRACKING of documents, be it in PAPER OR DIGITAL, is a major challenge for business and as a result, DocuFlow was designed to handle the many DOCUMENT WORKFLOWS that abound in most companies.

Digital signatures play an important role in document workflow. Whether it is for a simple flow as in the case of a Leave form being approved, or whether signatures are required on standard contract template, Requests for Capital Asset purchases, though to complex approval of tender response documents and commitments, DocuFlow can handle all.
